Since January 1, 2020 there have been 1,001 single family homes listed for sale.  Despite this as of this morning there were only 553 active listings for single family homes in the Reno-Sparks market.  Let’s put this in perspective.  At the end of February last year (2019) there were 932 active listings.

Considering selling?  Now is a great time despite the virus fears you are hearing about in the news.   Buyers will be enticed by record low interests that are being pushed down by these virus fears.  With very low inventory of homes for sale sellers has less competition.

If you have a home to sell in order to buy, you may want to seriously consider selling first and making plans for interim housing (living with family or in the RV at an RV park).  You will be a stronger seller and a stronger buyer.

Buyers are noticing that the good homes are getting snapped up fast.  Are you prepared?  We can help you get ready and see properties quickly.

The Shocket Team is here to help guide you through the process, whether buying or selling.  We walk you through each step of the process.  #ShocketTeam
