This increase in inventory gives buyers the opportunity to have more options and a in some cases the ability to take a bit more time in making a home buying decision.  When inventories are low and buyer demand is high, multiple offer situations are more common.  If you or someone you know is looking to buy in the Reno-Sparks market now is a great time.  Working with an experienced buyer’s agent who works exclusively for you (doesn’t also represent the seller) is key.  The Shocket Team can assist with the entire home buying process from start to finish.  Reno-SparksRealEstate.com
