When you need a new doctor or accountant how do you search for the perfect fit?  You ask your friends, family and co-workers for the name of someone they know.  For many home buyers and sellers finding a real estate agent is done in this same way.

According to the National Association of REALTORS most REALTORS earn 12% of their business from repeat clients and another 18% from referrals from past clients and customers.  (2017 National Association of REALTORS Member Profile.)

Why do clients come back and refer their agents?  Because their agent did an amazing job throughout the process and then keeps in touch after the purchase or sale.   The Shocket Team earned 32% of our business in 2018 from past clients and another 24% of our business from referral from our great clients.   Another 21% of our business came referrals from other agents and industry partners.  We love working by referral and know that exceeding our clients expectations has earned us these referrals.   We can’t say THANK YOU enough!
