The Reno Sparks Association of Realtors finalized the sales numbers for July 2018.  The median sales price for single family homes rose slightly to $389,000.   We saw the typical seasonal unit sales drop from June (the peak sales month for the past 3 years).  New listings also dropped from June, but again this is an expected seasonal decline.  We are starting to see a slight increase in homes available for sale.  This leads to a slightly longer days to contract and an increase in the months supply of inventory.  Wondering what the market is in your neighborhood?  The Shocket Team knows the market.
