The sales data for June 2018 is shaping up to show another month of an increased median price and fewer homes sold. The graph below from Reno-Sparks Association of Realtors shows the median price up to $385,000, up 2.7% from May and 15.9% over last June. Taking a closer look there were 121 single family homes sold under $300,000. 315 homes sold between $300,001 – $500,000. 82 homes sold between $500,001 – $750,000, and 47 homes over $750,000.
